Water and dirt are the biggest enemies of farm diesel. Keep tanks full to limit condensation, fit a water-separating filter, drain tank bottoms regularly, and keep tank lids sealed. Clean fuel protects injectors and saves expensive downtime in the middle of planting or harvest.
